Lover's Leap is an animated short film about a young couple who share a magical love in a world where they are not free to love. Mizzy and Tunkey steal moments to be together and to escape from the brutal reality of their captivity. When their relationship is discovered by the plantation’s jealous and ruthless owner, they are forced to flee in an attempt to save their love and their lives.
The legend of Lover’s Leap resonates throughout Jamaica. It is a story that's been shared for generations; from parents to children, grandparents to grandchildren & tourists passing through St. Elizabeth Parish.
